Chinnor Chess Club
The Chinnor Chess Club runs Wednesday evenings 6pm-8pm, school term times only. No registration or joining fee, just £2 an evening. All ages and abilities, both children and adults are welcome. Parents of children are welcome to stay and join in if they want to. We meet in Chinnor Scout Hut, up a short drive, off Station Road, behind the garage forecourt, opposite the turn to the library and St Andrew’s School, OX39 4QD. We are non-profit making with all monies going to the Chinnor Scout Group.

1st Chinnor is a thriving scout group. We have a Beaver Colony, a Cub Pack and a Scout Troop catering for boys and girls between 6 and 14 from Chinnor and the neighbouring villages.
