Introducing Chinnor’s Art Trail Installation

A Public Meeting will be held on 25^th January 2024 In the Council Chambers at Chinnor community Pavilion

Drop-in anytime between 12pm and 8pm with Presentations at 2pm and 7pm

Chinnor Parish Council is planning an Art Trail for Chinnor using S106 monies that were allocated specifically for Public Art.

The Plan is to place a piece of Art on the three new developments the money is linked too, Oak Hill, Carriages and Chiltern View, then set up a trail that will lead people to all the places of interest around Chinnor we will provide QR codes at each site that will give information about each place as well as links to websites. A map will also be available online or paper copy so people can plan the length of their walk.

We have already commissioned a local Artist, Matthew Day and he would very much like to meet as many residents as possible, especially those on the three sites so that you can see his ideas and ask questions. He will be available in the Council Chambers between 12-8pm on 25^th January 2024.
