PARISH COUNCIL MEETING STRUCTURE 2024
Meeting are usually held as follows but please check meetings calendar on our home page
Full Parish Council – 3rd Monday of each month
Planning Committee – 2nd Monday of each month
Amenities and Environment Committee – 1st Monday ( Bi monthly)
Finance and Policy Committee – 4th Monday ( Quarterly)
The agenda for each meeting will be available three working days prior to the meeting.
All minutes from committee meetings are posted on the website following ratification.
Each meeting of the Council is held in the Main Hall, Community Pavilion, Station Road, Chinnor, OX39 4PU and the meeting starts at 7.00pm – unless otherwise stated on agenda.
The public is welcome to attend all the meetings, and at the beginning of each meeting is a 15-minute public forum section for issues to be raised and discussed. If the item being discussed is not on the agenda the Clerk will advise when the next meeting will be and add the item to the agenda. The public cannot comment or join in the meeting following this public forum section.
